Scan Signals is a behavioral intelligence platform. To provide our specialized reporting, we collect:

  • ✦ Historical Benchmarks Timeline profiles
  • ✦ Relational Tokens mapping launchpads
  • ✦ Basic Contact and Profile identifiers

02. How We Use Your Data

Your behavioral signals are used to generate personalized insights, including your **Work Snapshot** and **Manager Playbook**. In the **Multi-Person Launchpad**, data may be aggregated with other tokens to analyze team friction or partnership synergy. We do not sell your personal behavioral data to third-party advertisers.

03. AI Processing & Anonymization

Data is stripped of personal identifiers (like your email) before AI interpretation. Your inputs are used for real-time generation only and are not used to train external models.

04. Data Persistence & Rights

As BEHAVIOR OS utilizes longitudinal data for the Behavioral Timeline, assessment records are maintained until you request deletion. You have the right to request a full export of your behavioral data or a permanent deletion of your profile and associated tokens by contacting us at hello@scansignals.com.

05. User Sovereignty & Control

At Scan Signals, we believe you are the ultimate steward of your behavioral data:

  • Token Privacy: Assessment results are only accessible to individuals possessing your unique Access Token. Treat this token as a secure password.
  • Launchpad Consent: By sharing your token with a team lead or partner, you are granting them permission to include your profile in aggregate analysis.
  • Revocation: You may request to have your token deactivated or your historical data purged at any time, removing your profile from all team hubs.
